and Walnut streets
Immediately After the Parade
John Highlander and St. Andrews bagpipe and drum corps perform together at the Grand
Stand
6:15-6:30 p.m.
Parade category winners announced. Winners can pick up cash prizes in city council
chambers.

NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED AREA. If you choose to drink alcohol, please drink responsibly and enjoy this year's Black Diamond Days Festival. City ordinances will be enforced. |
